About Me.
I am an avid student of Natural History with a particular passion for birds, butterflies and wildflowers.

Currently I live in Didsbury in South Manchester but also spend a lot of my spare time in and around Bexhill-on-Sea in East Sussex.

I took up wildlife photography in the Spring of 2019 using a second-hand Canon EOS-R5 camera with a 100mm macro lens.

By the Autumn of that year I was hooked and bought a new Panasonic G9 with a 100-400mm telephoto lens and a 45mm macro lens.

All of the photographs on this website have been taken with my G9 which I am now loathed to part with until I have fully exhausted its possibilities.

My favourite subjects are birds, butterflies and wildflowers, especially orchids.

I am fortunate to be able to travel widely and always take my camera with me. In the UK my main hunting spots are Sussex, Kent and the North-west of England.
